Newell Rubbermaid Account Assigned to McCann

Newell Rubbermaid has named McCann, Salt Lake City global creative agency of record (AOR) for its Technology Global Business Unit, effective immediately. The decision follows an agency review conducted by the Bedford Group.
The AOR assignment, spanning 36 countries in North America, EMEA (Europe, Middle East, Africa), and the Asia Pacific region, focuses primarily on branding and business-to-business advertising, digital and marketing communications responsibilities across channels for the company’s technology brands for the office and classroom, including DYMO, endicia, CardScan, and Mimio. The Newell Rubbermaid Technology Global Business Unit is a worldwide leader in providing technology solutions that help individuals and companies improve their organization and productivity through innovative labeling, mailing, contact management and interactive presentation and teaching capabilities.

The integrated marketing assignment will be coordinated globally through the McCann Worldgroup Salt Lake City office (Americas) and hubs offices in Paris, France (EMEA) and Melbourne, Australia (APAC). Other finalists in the review were JWT New York, Lowe Worldwide New York, and DDB New York.
