The Bedford Group Explores Digital Best Practices with ANA Agency Relations Committee

ATLANTA — The Association of National Advertisers (ANA), headquartered in New York, and The Bedford Group, a Marketing Management Consulting firm, will present “The Digital Difference: Exploring Best Practices for Selecting and Managing Digital Marketing Partners.” The presentation is scheduled for March 6 and will include a robust discussion among members of the ANA’s Agency Relations Committee and digital specialists from client-side, agency and consulting.
Kerry Kielb, a Senior Consultant with The Bedford Group, will moderate a select panel of experts on the subject of digital marketing. She will be joined by Rob Crigler, Vice President of Digital Marketing, Rooms To Go and Jon Cook, CEO, VML. “We selected these presenters because they represent two companies that are known for their forward-thinking approach and integrated models for online and offline strategies,” Kielb said.
Cook, who began work with VML when it was created over 20 years ago, now oversees creation of visionary approaches to digital channel management for clients like Dell, Gatorade, Microsoft and Southwest Airlines. Headquartered in Kansas City with other US offices in New York and Seattle, VML is the third largest digital firm in the world with 8 additional offices globally.
A seasoned veteran within the digital community, Crigler has held management positions at Avenue A/Razorfish, Rollins Corporation (Orkin Pest Control) and is currently engaged in expanding the digital presence of Rooms To Go, a large Regional integrated manufacturer and retailer of value-priced home furnishings.
The presentation will include best practices for navigating the highly complex and fragmented digital agency industry. Topics will include critical actions for digital agency search and selection, organizing internal teams for optimal efficiency and performance and how and why compensation and KPIs differ in the digital agency space.
